BRFCA October Monthly Meeting
All Broad Run Farms residents are invited to attend the October BRFCA meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m. at The Pavilion.
A major focus of this meeting will be the Property Expansion Proposal, which would expand association property through the acquisition of an adjacent parcel. The proposed purchase would be funded entirely through $60,000 in voluntary donations.
The Board will present a summary of community feedback and concerns received from Aug. 1 through Sept. 15, followed by discussion and an opportunity for residents to ask questions.
