Cancellation Policy
Facility Use Terms and Conditions The Broad Run Farms Civic Association (BRFCA) is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the use of BRFCA facilities. Use of the premises is at the sole risk of the reserving party. The reserving party is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances, including but not limited to noise regulations, alcohol use, and event permits. The reserving party is also responsible for ensuring proper supervision, cleanliness, and the complete removal of all trash and personal belongings following the event. Failure to adhere to these terms—including, but not limited to, unlawful activity, property damage, or failure to clean the area—may result in immediate revocation of reservation privileges and denial of future reservation requests. All reservations are subject to availability and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. BRFCA reserves the right to deny, modify, or cancel any reservation at its discretion. Use of the facilities, including access to electricity, is limited to current BRFCA members in good standing.
